Troubleshooting

Most Trackloom issues have a quick fix. Find your problem below and try the recommended steps.

Build button is disabled

If the Build button is grayed out and shows a message about limits, you've hit your daily build cap on the Free plan. You have two options:

  1. Upgrade to Creator for unlimited builds at /upgrade.
  2. Wait until midnight UTC when your daily counter resets.

If you're already on Creator and the button is still disabled, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) or sign out and back in.

Output is empty or blank

If a build completes but one or more tabs show no content:

  1. Check your internet connection. Trackloom needs a stable connection to the AI direction model.
  2. Make sure your idea input isn't empty or just whitespace.
  3. Try a simpler idea. Extremely long or complex prompts can occasionally trip the model's output limits.
  4. Wait 30 seconds and try again. Rarely, the AI provider experiences transient latency.

If the problem persists across multiple builds, email [email protected] with your account email and the idea text you used.

Session expired / logged out unexpectedly

Trackloom sessions last 30 days. If you're logged out suddenly:

  1. Sign back in at /sign-in. Your builds and data are still there.
  2. Check if your browser is blocking cookies. Trackloom uses session cookies to keep you signed in.
  3. If you're using private/incognito mode, you'll be logged out when you close the window. That's expected.

Email verification not arriving

  1. Wait up to 5 minutes. Email delivery can be slow.
  2. Check your spam/junk folder. Look for an email from [email protected].
  3. Go to your Account page and click Resend verification email.
  4. If it still doesn't arrive, your email provider may be blocking our sender. Try a different email address or contact support.

Password reset email not arriving

The password reset flow sends an email with a 30-minute link. If it doesn't arrive:

  1. Check spam/junk.
  2. Make sure you entered the correct email address on the forgot-password page.
  3. Wait a few minutes and try again. We intentionally don't reveal whether an email is registered, so the form always looks like it succeeded.
  4. If you're still stuck, email [email protected] from the email address on your account.

Page won't load or looks broken

  1. Try a hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac).
  2. Clear cookies and site data for trackloom.app, then sign in again.
  3. Disable browser extensions that block scripts (ad blockers, privacy tools). Trackloom uses vanilla JavaScript and doesn't serve ads, but some blockers interfere with our API calls.
  4. Try a different browser. We support the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
