Trackloom offers two plans: Free and Creator. Here's how they compare and how to manage your subscription.

How to upgrade
Go to /upgrade and select a plan. You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete payment. Once confirmed, your account is upgraded immediately — no waiting, no manual activation.
What happens at the free limit
When you hit your daily build cap on the Free plan, the Build button becomes disabled and you'll see a message inviting you to upgrade. Your existing builds remain accessible. The counter resets at midnight UTC.
Accessing the billing portal
To update your payment method, view invoices, or change your plan, go to your Account page and click Billing portal. This opens Stripe's secure customer portal.
Alternatively, you can visit /api/stripe/portal directly while signed in.
How to cancel
Cancellation happens through the Stripe Billing Portal (linked from your Account page). Click Cancel plan and confirm. Your Creator access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account downgrades to Free automatically.
What happens after cancellation
Your builds and account data are kept. You won't lose anything. However, if your build history exceeds the Free tier limit (last 10), older builds will be hidden until you re-upgrade. They are not deleted — just not visible on Free.
Refund policy
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you're entitled to a refund, email [email protected] with your account email and reason. We typically respond within 2 business days.
Frequently asked questions
Will I lose my builds if I cancel?
No. Your builds are kept on our servers. On the Free plan, you'll only see your most recent 10 builds in the history view. If you re-upgrade to Creator later, your full history becomes visible again.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes. Visit the Billing Portal from your Account page and change your plan. The new billing cycle starts immediately and any prorated balance is handled by Stripe.
Is there a trial?
We don't offer a separate free trial. The Free plan itself is the trial — you can use Trackloom indefinitely with daily limits and see if it fits your workflow before committing to Creator.
