Manage your Trackloom account, keep it secure, and understand what happens to your data.

Password reset (forgot password)

If you forgot your password:

1. Go to /forgot-password.
2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Check your inbox for a reset link. It expires in 30 minutes and can only be used once.
4. Click the link and enter a new password (minimum 8 characters).
5. You'll be redirected to the sign-in page. Sign in with your new password.

If the link has expired, request a new one. For security reasons, we don't reveal whether an email is registered, so the form always appears to succeed.

Change your password

To change your password while signed in:

1. Go to your Account page.
2. Scroll to the Password section.
3. Enter your current password and your new password (minimum 8 characters).
4. Click Update password.

Your new password takes effect immediately. You'll stay signed in on your current device, but other sessions may be invalidated.

Sign out everywhere

To revoke all active sessions:

1. Go to your Account page.
2. Scroll to the Security section.
3. Click Sign out of all devices.
4. Confirm the action.

You'll need to sign in again on every device. This is useful if you suspect unauthorized access or lost a device.

Delete your account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Here's what happens:

1. Go to your Account page.
2. Scroll to the Danger zone section.
3. Click Delete account and confirm.

All your data — builds, history, billing records, and personal information — is permanently removed from our systems. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first via the Billing Portal to avoid unexpected charges.

Email verification

We require email verification to reduce spam and protect your account. After signing up, you'll receive a verification email with a one-time link. Click it to verify your address.

If you don't verify within a reasonable time, some features may be limited. You can resend the verification email at any time from your Account page.

Verification matters because:

• It confirms you own the email address.
• It enables password reset functionality.
• It protects against account takeover via fake signups.

Keeping your account secure

• Use a strong, unique password. Don't reuse a password from another site.
• Sign out of shared or public computers when you're done.
• Use the "Sign out of all devices" feature if you lose a device or suspect unauthorized access.
• Never share your sign-in link or session cookies with anyone.
